• Cigar Smoking must be allowed
• Location is not a coffee shop where smoking is permitted curbside only. We are looking for quality establishments which are cigar friendly.
• Location must seat at least 8 people. We are not looking for cigar stores with a few chairs. Must be a true upscale lounge, bar or restaurant. If a cigar store, must also have a good size "lounge".
• Location should be in a relatively nice area, and not in a bad part of town.
