Blair Athol Old Malt Cask Cigar Malt (10 YO)
How were the 1994 port vintages?
That would have been too easy, it wasn't the Blair Athol. The '94 Taylor was to me, clearly the standout but the Dow wasn't too far behind.
Douglas Laing is not a distillery, its an independent bottler.
I don't know chit about Port but the 85 Warre's was the most distinct to me.
I liked them all!
And, the glass of the table Scotch I spilled, d'oh!
Thanks again Ray!
Sorry you missed out Doc!
Try again tomorrow!
Nice selection but no winner.
OK, how 'bout these....
I did break out a really good one, just not one of those,
Man, and I had to Google to make sure they were Distilleries.
Don't think it will make it around until tomorrow!
Some good guesses but no winners yet.
1) Douglas Laing (wrong)
This is a hard clue to decipher seeing as I'm not versed in Scotch. Picking at random from a list FTL!
Well, when I was fixing my post I had included "I figured you broke out a good bottle" and somehow it got erased when editing my post.
My 5 for the day
Thanks again for the contest!
Thanks for the contest and what a sweet line up you guys had.
Isle of Jura
Some unusual ones but not THE one. Try again tomorrow,
