I say you have a contest where you want to start your own half hour comedy sitcom. You know you want the theme to revolve around something to do with cigars, but you need help coming up the pilot to pitch to a network.

The best pitch for a pilot comedy theme that revolves around cigars in some way will win.

One entry per person. So, put some thought into your entry.

1. New word or phrase contest. Create a new word or phrase to describe a common occurrence. (Ex. Crotchfry: A french fry that falls into your lap that you still eat.)

2. A caption creating contest, whoever creates the best caption for a picture (chosen by Brian) wins. You provide the picture, we provide the captions.

OK, seems Charlie has been on a roll lately with winning contests, so I'll let the streak continue. Although all of the entries were great, I really liked the add a caption to the picture idea (simple and fun) so that is one I will use during the pass.

Alright fellas, the cigar list is now set since we're three weeks from liftoff. Here is contest # 2. It is only open to the pass participants because of the prize. As you know, one of the main parts of this pass is the collection of some cigars to go to OpFTH, so that is what this contest will be based on. Each of you pick the number of cigars that you think will be donated for OpFTH (before I add mine in the end) and post it before the liftoff date of Sept 10th. One guess per person. Whoever is closest without going over gets to pick of 2 of the cigars that are left at the end of the pass. The only stipulation is that the winner picks their first cigar and then I get to lock 3 that can't be taken.The winner then gets to choose their second cigar from the remaining cigars on the list. Good Luck guys.
