Today I bought a couple new bottles I've been wanting to try. So I got a bottle of Cakebreads's 2010 Chardonnay and a bottle of Ken Wright's 2007 Pinot Noir (my first Oregon wine!). I opened both bottles and tried them at room temp, love both of them! Im usually not a fan of white wines, but I enjoy most Cakebread wines so I had to try this one. This chard wasn't as sweet as the other white wines I've had, I tasted some fruit (duh lol) and I'm thinking maybe vanilla? Would love to hear someone else's thought on this one.

And for the Wright's Pinot, I thought it was good but it didn't blow me out of the water. I would probably feel better with my go to Pinot that Toad's Hollow produces. Hope you enjoyed the read!
