RIP Mr. Lord. This one really stirs my memory. Who didn't try to play "smoke on the water" on a guitar?

The guy ran his keyboard through a Marshall full stack. It doesn't get much cooler behind the keys. RIP.

Machine Head was one of my first albums growing up, and still one of my favorites.

Luckily I got to see Deep Purple live.

R.I.P Mr. Lord, there are none who can match your brillance and the world got a little bit darker at your passing.

RIP brother! Deep Purple was my first rock concert that I got to sit that close to the stage, literally right next to the speaker stack.
