Your Own Barrel of Jack Daniels "Single Barrel" Whiskey

Now I know what I want for Christmas.
 
At Costco... $8500.00 bucks. Approx. 240 bottles sent to you upon request. Each comes with a label stating that it is from YOUR personal barrel. You can go to the distillery and pick your barrel or tell them what you are looking for and they will pick one for you.

We discussed this once before.

This has been on my bucket list for some time now.  I tried to organize a dozen or so friends to head down play some golf and pick out our barrel last spring.  Ended up not having enough participation. When all was said and done and  each of the remaining crew needed to purchase 40 bottles, instead of the 20 I was proposed, it became cost prohibitive and I lost the rest of the group.  I am going to try another recruiting trip next year.  If it comes to fruition I'll definitely take some pics and chronicle the experience here.
 
BTW, Has anyone done this?  If so I would love to hear about the experience.
