A couple of warm days in a row made me start thinking about cookouts and get togethers which of course means something blue cheese.

You'll need:
1 pkg. (8 oz.) Cream Cheese, softened
6 - 8 oz. Cooked Chicken Breast (chopped, cubed or shredded)
1/2 cup Pepper Sauce (Frank's or Tabasco)
4 - 5 oz Blue Cheese Crumbles
2 green onions, sliced ( I usually use one small red onion chopped)

In a glass pie plate spread out the cream cheese.
In a separate bowl mix the chicken, hot sauce and chopped onion.
Pour mixture over cream cheese
Sprinkle blue cheese on top of everything
Nuke in microwave for 2 - 2.5 minutes (Stirring afterward is optional but it makes it look kinda ugly)

Serve with celery or carrot sticks or corn chips.

What would a Ray visit be without something to do with booze or Blue Cheese!

You know you want it.

I mentioned this to my wife and who posted it. Once I linked you to "crack in bowl", she said, "Print that one out" before I had mentioned any of the ingredients. Your reputation on dips is solid at my house.

LMK if I went 2 for 2 when you get a chance. You know if you click on the red "here" at the bottom of my posts you'll find all my reviews and food recipes.

Yeah, that crack in a bowl is why I'm in rehab!

Should be pretty tolerable. Even though 1/2 cup is a good amount, Frank's isn't terribly hot, and mixed with that much cream/blue cheese it should be OK.

Heat is like buying medium store bought salsa if that helps. I juice it up a bit myself but didn't include that in the recipe.

Thanks Ray, that definitely puts it into perspective.
