A masterclass on the mint julep

Great read.  I am embarrassed to say I have never had a proper mint julip.  I have mint growing in the garden presently and am going to try to craft myself a proper MJ this weekend.

Hope the julep turned out well.  I've had a few more since my post.  
 
After watching this I would like to find a place in Dallas that actually does it right. I'm not hopeful but the fun is in the search.
