Cigar Smoking in DC

Going to DC this weekend other than the White House or Senate offices :laugh: does anyone know where to have a cigar or have experience with any cigar bars or other places to smoke in DC close to Mt. Vernon Square?  It would have be open after 8 pm as we won't be done with activities until about that time.
 
Wherever it is, let me know.... I'll meet you for a smoke....

Maduro trout is closer to that region than myself, hopefully he'll chime in...
 
From what I hear W.Curtis Draper is the place, it appears to be about 6 blocks south west of Mt Vernon square. However it seems their hours are limited to 5:30/6:00.
 
Draper's is the place.  Try and hook up with Dennis (Thehatguy).
 
Thanks for the input, I leave tomorrow and will try and get hold of Dennis too.
 
Just now seeing this. My vote us Drapers as well. Civil Cigar Lounge is nice. I think JR's closes early. Try Drapers.
 
Shellys Backroom is the place to be. I was there Tuesday night...great place.
 
Civil cigar bar at Friendship Hights ( redline metro) also check out W Curtis Drappers. They also have a shop in Bethesda MD, just one more stop up the redline
