You Learn Something New Every Year Pass aka...This space reserved...

Parents left, so I had some time to check out the pass. Most things just fine, although someone had some numbering problems, but it was easily remedied. The hygrometer was fubar, but I popped the battery and put it back and all was well.
Here are my proposed P/T

Take: WOAM Put: DPG 2008.5 Lancero (Al)
Take: Anejo 77 Shark Put: LFD 08 Custom Outlaw
Take: Opus Petite Lancero Put: Diamond Crown Maximus Churchill No. 2 (2005)
Take: Opus X eXtasy Put: iou


If all looks good we can get this on the road Monday.
 
Robbie does the LFD Outlaw have the 07 or 08 band on it? Also is the DCM in cello or in a bag? What year is the IOU and has it been notarized? I expect a little more clarity...

Also you can't get anything on the road Monday b/c it is a postal holiday.
 
ugh, I knew you would do this phil. How should I know on the LFD? Do we have to start verifying our sources for domestic cigars now? I could put the DCM in cello if it means that much to you, but really, I think Gonz should have just sent this pass on to mark, and left me out of this fiasco.

Robbie, Here's a link to what he was asking about regarding the Outlaw stick. There were some questions when they first came out because even though they were the '08 cigar for some reason they had '07 bands on them.

Although the 08's have the 07 band..it's suppose to be a completely different stick and not one that will be made again.
 
I dont know what you want me to do phil... maybe my cigars arent good enough for this pass.. if it comes to that i can just put my johnny o culebra for the king b. that would be about ridiculous enough for this pass, i guess :angry:

joe that is outrageous. I try to limit the IOUs i give out. they are reputable, imo
 
That is rediculous Joe, re-issueing IOUs is what got this country into the mess it is in, regardless of the grammer with in.

I thnik you should relly evalluate what your saying, and be carful with your keyboard, son.

Woah there, better pump your brakes Bob. Despite your continued disregard for proper grammar(are you intoxicated?) you've yet to answer to my original concern, namely the use of gifted smokes as puts.

What have I learned since the last pass? Not a damn thing! Other than don't talk to Grapes about wanting to try some wine.... Moki about fancy cigars... don't agree to get a class A uniform at work or they may expect you to actually wear the damn thing... don't buy high and sell low...

but in all reality I haven't learned a damn thing.... and I hope to keep it that way! Ignorance really IS bliss


Forgot the best of all... Don't entrust a tub of salmon dip to the pass host to someone who is untrustworthy and greedy!! :laugh:

If they are in fact gifted smokes, they are his to do with as he pleases other than sell them, which is frowned upon. He can gift them or trade them.
