Guys, we made an extra 100 boxes for the store of our Corona Gorda Le Bijou for the Holiday since we sold out of the original 300. These new ones are not signed and numbered. It appears there was one made for Federal Cigar http://federalcigar....rona-gorda.aspx as well.
As I am not very happy about this, I am blowing these out.

Guys, I need your help on this. I am asking everyone to please stop contacting Pepin and his people about this situation. I truly appreciate everyone having my back on this. We are working on getting everything straightened out. Apparently this was due to a major lack of communication between all parties involved. Many times things in the cigar business are done on a handshake deal and not in a written contract. Obviously this has it's pitfalls. After speaking with Jose Ortega in more detail tonight (Pepin VP) this was absolutely not intentional! For all of us involved right now it's more of a How did this happen, how do we fix it and how do we make sure this doesn't happen again. I will keep everyone posted on the outcome of this. I have altered the above post to not cause any more undue harm to anyone involved. If anyone has a question about what I edited let me know and I will tell you exactly what it said.
 
Holy crap that's a good price on a fantastic smoke. I'm sorry that Pepin might have snowed ya. Maybe you can get Dion to make you a special Illusione in 2012, I'd buy them up!

It's all ready in the works Jason. It's not coming from Dion, but I am working with the same guys that make his cigar. I have samples resting at the store as we speak!

Just business, nothing personal. Sometimes guys need to make their numbers and make a mistake. That's one great thing about being the owner. I don't have any quotas to meet. This works out for everyone on our side. I get my money back, you guys get a great deal. The other guys won't sell shit at the higher price!
 
Well this is fairly good timing at least for me Al, seeing as how I'm down to my last stick of the first 10 I picked up.
Are these the exact same blend as the first 300 boxes he did for you?

AS far as I can tell yes. I have only smoked from 3 different boxes as these just came in 3 days ago.

Sorry to hear about this debacle with Pepin, Al. This price is very tempting for such a good smoke, but I don't have any storage space for a 2nd box at the moment.
 
And in case anybody here doesn't already know (any of you who have met and or dealt with him already know), AL is THE man!!
I cannot wait until I am in Atlanta New Years weekend and can go pick up my box!

Thanks Brad, everyone who ordered today or last night your packages are already on the way with the exception of Friggame (to late to get out) I'll post DCs when I have a few minutes.
