Track your Cigar Pass online
Most Cigar Passes will be sent out using the United States Postal Service (USPS), or by the United Parcel Service (UPS). Below is a summary of each carrier…
US Postal Service
Pros: For smaller packages USPS is usually the most inexpensive way to ship a package. USPS offers several different sized flat rate boxes, which are not only convenient but cost effective. Quick delivery, usually 2-3 days. If purchasing postage online (USPS Click-N-Ship), your mail carrier will come to your house and pick up the package free of charge next time he delivers your mail. This is very convenient. Postage can be purchased through PayPal’s website.
Cons: Packages are not automatically insured. Postal employees may seem rude and unhelpful. If you don’t use official USPS packaging, your carton has a greater risk of getting lost or damaged. Expensive if shipping larger packages that don’t fit in a flat rate box. You cannot track pacakges; only purchase a delivery confirmation.

UPS
Pros: Staff is usually friendly and helpful. All shipments are insured for up to $100 free of charge. Packages rarely get lost or damaged. Postage can be purchased via the UPS website or you can go to a UPS Store. All shipments come with free detailed tracking numbers. UPS is more cost effective when sending larger/heavier packages. Postage can be purchased through PayPal’s website.
Cons: Not cost effective when shipping smaller packages (USPS is cheaper). Online postage is not as easy to use as USPS Click-N-Ship. You have to pay for a pick-up (usually only a few dollars), or you can drop off your package at the nearest UPS Store. UPS Stores are only in certain areas.

FedEX
Pros: Fast delivery and packages rarely get lost or damaged. Prices are similar to UPS rates. FedEX shipping stations are located inside all Kinko’s locations - convenient if you’re near a Kinko’s.
Cons: Smaller packages can be more costly than USPS & UPS. You have to pay for a pick-up, otherwise you’ll need to drop your package off at a FedEX Kinko’s location.
