Short ribs are awesome. Big old hunk of beef on a Flintstone-sized bone. Last time I smoked them they were boneless and kinda dry. Tons of meaty goodness with a great bark but kinda dry. I might try wrapping them after reaching 150 degrees.
Honestly that's one of my favs. Easy to find and for the price it gives me everything I want. I was anticipating sharing that bottle with the GF on Thursday night however she's not much of a drinker and I didn't want to take a whole 750 to my dome (at least, not on this night).

I haven't developed much of a taste for whites yet. I try them every so often, but it's been extremely rare when they've "clicked" for me. The one exception has been Migration Chardonnay. I tad spendy, but I usually try to keep a bottle on hand because I know it's going to be good...
