Thanks for all the great suggestions guys (especially Big100hd!) I had a Hoyo M Petit Robusto today and was quite impressed, I think it will do just fine.
I have enough room in my humi for a box of 4.5" smokes, this works out well since I really need something that can be smoked quickly here and there. I was thinking Partagas shorts but apparently that one is a headspinner, I need something mild enoough to smoke on an empty stomach..TIA.
I purchased the Xicar earlier this yr, as my first cutter that cost more than 5 bucks. I have no regrets, it's done a great job and every cigar smoker I know has commented positively on it. I'll buy one or two more in the future, just so I have one everywhere I go...has great a great feel.
I'm pretty new to this but the best to dat have been:
1) Padron 64 Exlusivo(M)
2) Cohiba Siglo vi
3) Monte 2..had several of these but had one recently as good as anything I've tried.
He folks, my buddy is headin out to D.R. Puntacana this Sunday and offered to grab mew a box of gars, what is readily available in premium cigars, easy to find and not worry about counterfeits? D.R. cigars are pricey where I'm from so I could get some good sticks at a good price. Any certain...
You do make a good point, it isn't right to judge a cigar you've never tried, BUT I have not had many (if any) cheap smokes that I enjoyed. I think not all the brands you mentioned are overpriced, Cusano and Rocky Patel represent good value in my books. Had a Cohiba Siglo vi couple days back...
I'm a diehard trappist fan.
The very best (and most elusive) is the Westvleteren
12 and 8, simply amazing but if ya find some it'll likely be about $10 per bottle, I think the 12 is 10% and the 8 around 8%. Consensus is that the 12 is the world's best beer, having tried many I agree...
Thanks for that info, I'm definately leaning in the Daniel Marshall direction. Where did you place the beads? In what? and how much beads? thanks.
I have a DM Treasure Chest. Not only is it a craftsman's work of art, it's function is absolute phenomenal. About 8 months ago I removed the foam...
The coolider doesn't appeal to me, looks count. I just don't see myself needing more than a good sized desk top. I've heard a humi should be closer to full than empty to function properly as well.
