I have moved a few years ago from the city and onto the mountain. With a change in 'atmosphere', I have been better suited to focus on my passions. One of them is cured meats. I have recently built a 'smokehouse' to coldsmoke/cure meats. This winter is my first time ever diving into such a 'hobby', but I am hungry to learn & experiment. Does anyone coldsmoking meat?
