How I spent my weekend

Gentlemen,
This is how I spent last weekend. This is one of the times of the year when I love to get in the river. There are usually no other idiots out there and I have a firm belief that there is no such thing as bad weather, just bad equipment.

man i wish i lived in an area where i could do that......nothing like that in missouri. Once winter hits here the fishing pretty much stops.

Yeah, there are tail waters throughout the West. What that means is the water is released from the bottom of the damn. So the result is an area of river below the damn that stays open due to the temperature of three water. Makes for some epic fishing without any crowds.

Yeah, I forgot about the eagle. I get to see a lot of hawks and eagles. And Osprey too . The cool one is the Golden Eagle. Those things are huge.
