Well just jarred up some mixture 965 using the Parrafin sealing method. Pretty cool
Anyone else use that method

Edit: spelling of coarse

You using paraffin to seal the tin or a jar?

Sounds more like a way to make jam than store tobacco. Making me crave some of mamma's raspberry jam on warm toast.

I don't have a quantity of one blend on hand to seal away long term. That will change in about a month though. I'm not big on playing around with paraffin wax, I always end up making a huge mess with it. I think I"m just going to go with the heat up the jar, put in th tobacco and put on the lid technique. Heat sealing the mason jars keeps my vegetables good for years, I don't see why it wouldn't work with tobacco.

I know several other people do use this method with great success.

Iv'e never been able to maintain the mess either, personally just for ease of use i put a ball or mason jar in the washing machine on dry cycle and fill it up.
