RIP Ray Liotta

Wow. Just learned Ray Liotta died in his hotel room in the DR while filming a movie. Said he died peacefully in his sleep and no cause has been given yet. Ray was 67.



RIP Ray. Always one of my favorite actors.

Well, definitely too early to know for sure, but you guys probably remember that a few years ago he did commercials for Chantix, the smoking cessation med.

He was being interviewed for something at the time and said how he'd been a cigarette smoker for almost half a century and he knew he had to quit. Not sure if that was the cause or not, but I'm sure it didn't help.

I'm really hoping it wasn't some crap like fentanyl. Or worse yet, a seemingly benign head bump like the one that got Bob Saget at around the same age. Ray had a lot more great rolls and movies to give us.

Regardless, just way too soon. Did not see this one coming at all.

Wow! Sad news for sure. I figure the same as previously mentioned. The things we love can definitely take years off our lives.

Very sad, one of the greats imo. Goodfellas has to rank up there as one the best movies. At least for me.

Really shocked when I saw the news. What a character he played, impossible to forget. Will sure miss what might have been.
