I'm all snowed in today. No work for me or my wife. We just took the baby around the neighborhood in her wagon. I think we got about 6 inches last night. I am a little embarrassed for GA since the Northerners always laugh at us. It's not our fault, we just have poor planning. No trucks or road salting, plowing, etc. I tried to go to my office but got stuck.

Gotta love GA baby!

Here is my house

They closed school here (middle tennessee) at 10pm last night before it started snowing. We got two inches. Global warming is really starting to kick in now!

It took me two hours to make a usually 30 minute drive to the office today. The roads were mostly unplowed but the snow wasn't really the problem. The drivers were.

Your daughter looks like she is having the time of her life in her wagon. She is adorable. We got like 4in here in east TN and suppose to get more tomorrow. We will see about that usually when they call for snow it doesn"t happen, they were right last night however. ;)

Everything is closed in North MS as well. I'm the only person on my floor at work this morning. Me and the boys already made our snowman. We got about 7=8 inches but the city has no plows so no removal. This is the major reason that everything shuts down in the south, were this in SLC they roads would be pristine by now or a least brown and sludgy.

About six inches here and still coming down. Got our gallon of milk and two loaves of bread yesterday!

The lost tax revenue alone could buy plow blades for you southerners.

I don't know how you people can live in a place with a climate like that.

Enjoy it. At least it won't be around all that long down there.

Here in New England ski country snow is valued at $100000. an inch. We like snow.

Doc.

Now its starting to sleet and I fear tomorrow will be worse. Overnight lows are going to be in the teens.

Snow for Texas also. I think we got like 2 inches or so, some parts in North Texas got 6inch.. :0 . Wish I was able to sit in the snow and enjoy a cigar, but I had to work today. Be safe if you have to get out on the road in the morning.

We got about 2 inches of sleet. The predictions were worse than the ice. Roads were clear this morning but you guys north and east are hammered. I was really hoping for some real snow accumulation not that I was gonna get out of work we were told if we couldn't make it someone would come get us.

I doesn't matter if you get 6 inches all season or or 6 yards in a season, you're bang on that the most dangerous thing on the road isn't usually the snow but some drivers. Those going too fast and reckless as well as those that go too slow and are too cautious.

Don't you guys use the metric system?

2nd day off of work from the storm here in SC. Some pics of my house, dogs and little girl having fun yesterday.
