SoCal Herf III

First of all, not a charity event. Any extra money will go to a charity and not to the organizers. As far as a true herf, it doesn't really matter where it is held, as long as it's a group of smoker's it's a herf. This will be the third year for this event and it grows every year. Last year had a couple hundred people show up through the day, from all over the world,, yeah world. We had a guys from the UK, Hong Kong and all over the states. Besides the fact that this is in California and try to find someplace besides a cigar store to hold a smoking event. It's next to impossible. This is an unforgettable experience, trust me, I've been all three years and will continue to go until it ends. :)

I see you're in Stockton. I'm in Pasadena (Los Angeles). Even harder down here to find a place to smoke, so I stick to my backyard. :) Either that or Las Vegas...
 
too funny! I went to a conference in Las Vegas last week and was AWESTRICKEN that I could walk around with a cigar and walk RIGHT INSIDE of the casinos and only get occasional " dagger looks"..... at least here we HAVE a few woods ( sort of ) around to hide in!!!!

I am thinking of taking a brother of mine from up here to that particular socal event... though we would leave early that morning and drive down.... ( not worth staying overnight... only a 6-7 hour drive of not arrested..)
 
Hmmm..a six or seven hour drive would get you back home at around 9 a.m. Sunday! LMAO We go all night at this one Bro! :)
 
You have been to 2 of them so far.. can you give me an idea what they are like.. ie agenda or what goes on so I can tell my bud? I dont think he has ever been to a Herf either and it is sounding VERY nice to everyone but my wife... :D ( Who wont let me smoke them in the house anyways..)
 
Basically sit around and socialize and smoke. Tell stories, party and just have fun! We do some trading, have an auction and raffle for some awesome prizes. Eat some lunch, last year it was a Mexican meal prepared right outside the door of Maxamars. Smoked some more awesome cigars and socialized and traded some more. Then when most everyone is gone, the dancin' girls show up!! LMAO just kidding on that one! I'll get in to LA on the 5th and leaving on the 9th. Truely a great time! It'll take my tastebuds a month to recover. Check out the website for more info.
