I like your list on bourbon and would agree with the top two. I would replace the Elijah Craig with the Elmer T. Lee Single Barrel. Nothing fancy, really, but an amazingly consistent and mellow drink.

The question wasn't what your current top three or accessible top three were. It was what is your top three EVER even if the ever was implied. It might take a while for something new to push itself up into that ranking.
