I'm thinking about smoking 2 pork butts overnight (about 22 pounds) to make pulled pork sandwiches, hot wings and maybe some jerk chicken.

What's on the menu at your house?

Tri-Tip, lemon pepper chicken, and some grilled veggies!

Steamers, Sirloin, corn on the cob, grilled veggies, and all the beers I can drink and cigars I can smoke.

Got a butt going on the smoker about 2PM today and later tomorrow 10ft of rope sausage and shrimp.. On grill 2 will be the burgers, dogs and corn.

I think I'm going to do a turkey on the Weber. Should have been our national bird.

Fish tacos. We also make guacamole and pico de gallo served with freshly made corn chip.

Made some beef jerky on the MAK smoker, and will smoke a brisket today. Happy 4th

I'm late, but I went with corn on the cob, red bells, yellow bells, onions, mushrooms, pork steaks, and hot dogs.  All over charcoal.
