Couldn't have said it better myself. 100% sure its mold. I would stay away from that place. There is no excuse for a cigar shop to not do daily walkthroughs to check the entire inventory for that kind of thing. Whats the RH and temp in the cases? My guess would be pretty high. I've seen this...

From my understanding (and this may have already been said) falling victim to Nic. Sickness has everything to do with your blood sugar levels. Now, this can be confused with an empty stomach because most of the time when you have nothing in your stomach, you have a fairly low blood sugar level...

Sitting in the local b&m drinking a Thomas Creek, Up the Creek Extreme IPA and smoking an Alec Bradley SCR. One of my favorite IPAs from one of my favorite local breweries. 12.5% ABV but you would never know by taste alone!

I would suggest you not visit that shop anymore. I cant figure out what kind of shop owner would keep his RH higher than 70%. I've only seen it higher in one shop and they had mold growing on half their inventory! Looks like mold to me. Based on what I have seen, plum has a more uniform spread...
