  Thanks!  Right before we canceled cable the modem died and they replaced it with an Arris cm820, which should be 3.0. We are with Maxxsouth on a cable modem, and there is no real competition because we're technically in rural MS. I tried to get Uverse, but they don't service our street.   

  It depends on the time of day. Evenings seem to create a bottle neck, but I usually average around 12 mbs down and a little over 1 mbs upload.

Been with sling for about four months now. It's nice to be able to sign in to Watch ESPN with my sling account, but beyond that, I cannot really say that I'm impressed. We have a Roku 3, and when it works, the signal is solid. But there are way too many lags, dropped streams, and blackouts.   ...

Anyone else convert a patio to a four-season porch? I'm considering it as an option for a 8' x 20'  space that already has a 4" slab foundation and the roof of the house extends over it. Cost isn't major, but I am worried about pulling permits and inspection.
