Driving home, minding my own business. Then, I get to the mailbox.

I’m not even fully restored from the liquified state I was put in and BLAAAAM!!!!

Some sick, ruthless, son of a goat, blows me up again!

AVB, aka Ray.

Thank you for the selection of hots and the hitch hikers.

As soon as the scientists at NORAD finish placing me back together, they will be enjoyed!

Well deserved. Your opinions will be appreciated in return - PM or post.

No good deed goes unpunished. Well played.

A hot sauce review:

The wife and I sampled the hots. We used drops on lays potato chips. We like the sweetness in the red pepper. We think it would make excellent mild wings. Or put it on anything. Level 2 has a medium tingle/burn and good hot peppers flavor. Level 4 has a nice lingering burn/tingle and nice flavor that lasts along with the burn. I’d equate the heat level to around my Green Chile that I make.

Can’t wait to try them on tacos and pizza.

Ground beef crispy corn shell tacos, Tex Mex style. The level 4 sauce is perfect. It reminds me flavor and heat wise of my Aunt Maria’s fresh hot salsa made in a molcajete (Mexican volcanic rock mortar and pestle).

Well done Ray!

I'll take that everyday and twice on Sunday. :)

Made some wings and the straight red pepper sauce does not play well with blue cheese dressing, too sweet. Maybe ranch would work better but I don't have any.
