    Thank you for your reply. I'm a novice and don't know how a behike is supposed to taste so I won't be able to compare. If I smoke a 50$ cigar I would like it to taste exactly the way it should - will this mold influence the taste negatively?

    I just bought a single cohiba behike from a cigar shop. After opening it, I see that the cut looks like there is mold on it, see the picture here:   Is this to be expected? Is this mold, or is this 'plum' ? Should I return the cigar? thank you for the info
