I tried the Magnum (5 1/4 x 54) size when they were offering them in two packs with the Bolo size (4 3/16 x 36). It had a robust flavor, not overbearing, and not really bad, just nothing to make me run out and buy a box. I'll try it again, to give the line a second chance as I really did enjoy...

Ditto for me except it was a Pirahana last summer. I didn't know what was going on, only I felt like I was going to die. Wore off in a couple of hours, but it was a terrible feeling.

I was wondering if there is any rhyme or reason to when the major companies. ie CAO, Drew Estate, AF, Punch etc release new cigars or at least new shapes. I've only been smoking for a little less than a year, and I seemed to remember new debuts of the CAO Italia and the new Rocky Patel cigar...

If you can find some, "Private Stock" cigars are very affordable, very nice smoking and tasting seconds from the Davidoff(?) factory. I highly recommend them.

Thanks guys, I think I'll make one and try it out, and after the holidays check around at some of the lumbar yards and sawmills and see what I can find.
