    Worst cigar ever!

Only having one year of cigar smoking under my belt, I still consider my taste unrefined, but without a doubt the worst I had was a Macanudo Cafe Duke of Devon. I spent 5 min trying to like it, but I just couldn’t take it; I mean it was "chuck the thing off the balcony" bad. I got it a three...

    Punch Rare Corojos

I tried the Magnum (5 1/4 x 54) size when they were offering them in two packs with the Bolo size (4 3/16 x 36). It had a robust flavor, not overbearing, and not really bad, just nothing to make me run out and buy a box. I'll try it again, to give the line a second chance as I really did enjoy...

    CAO Samba

Ditto for me except it was a Pirahana last summer. I didn't know what was going on, only I felt like I was going to die. Wore off in a couple of hours, but it was a terrible feeling.

    New Releases?

I was wondering if there is any rhyme or reason to when the major companies. ie CAO, Drew Estate, AF, Punch etc release new cigars or at least new shapes. I've only been smoking for a little less than a year, and I seemed to remember new debuts of the CAO Italia and the new Rocky Patel cigar...

    Seconds, Rejects... which what where?

If you can find some, "Private Stock" cigars are very affordable, very nice smoking and tasting seconds from the Davidoff(?) factory. I highly recommend them.

    Building Wooden Cigar Case

Thanks guys, I think I'll make one and try it out, and after the holidays check around at some of the lumbar yards and sawmills and see what I can find.

    Building Wooden Cigar Case

Pretty sure it isn't...pressure treated wood can be nasty stuff. Thanks for the info!

    Building Wooden Cigar Case

Greetings all, I'm considering building a small one or two-cigar case to protect my cigars when I go out and about. I am wondering if anyone knows if southern yellow pine is a wood that would impart an unplesant taste on my cigars, if left in contact with them for say an hour or two? I'm not...
