In my experience and depending on the variety of the grape of course, it takes in the neighborhood of 100lbs of grapes to make 5 gallong of finished wine.

I'm way behind on my wine as far as racking and sulfating. I have approx. 40 gallons that is 2 years in glass that needs to be bottled. Finally made it out to the vineyard this weekend to prune as well. This has been a long long winter.

I keep my sticks in the basement which is always between 65-70 regardless of the season.

So, I'm running out of room in the cooler :whistling:. So I was thinking instead of buying another cooler or humidor I would use an old 12 bottle wine fridge that no longer works. Placing some boxes inside along with some Heartfelt Beads and I should be set right?   Will this suffice as long as...
