    Montecristo #4

I just got back from Cuba and picked up a box of 10 of Montecristo #4. They come in in their own individual tins or without for a lesser price. I went without. I was originally looking for a #5 which is a little smaller, but I think they have been discontinued because no vendors had them. One...

Humidor I got as a gift while on vacation

While my girlfriend and I were in Cuba, she picked me up a humidor at the sidewalk sale at the hotel. A cute box covered with leather and a tobacco leaf dried on top with a dried cigar, a wood cigar as a handle in front to lift the lid and another dried leaf on the inside cover. There is a...

    Back from a trip

Generally Cheaper. It is possible to get a week vacation off season for $600 - all inclusive including flight. But because of the long winter, people want to get away and trips are maintaining at around the $1000 mark. Cuba isknown for its fantastic beaches.

    Back from a trip

Yes I guess it would be nicer to go somewhere that you can feel comfortable being there and not have to hide where you are from. I have pictures, nothing too exciting though. Pictures of the beach, the hotel, dancers and the man making the cigars. I can post a few of these I guess. If you look...

    Back from a trip

No I stayed at the resort. I've been to Havana, quite a city. One should see it when there. But I was on a one week vacation and just wanted to rest.... Every night dancers performed on stage at the hotel. Its amazing how talented these Cuban dancers can be. During the day went to the beach and...

    Back from a trip

I just got back from Cuba. Weather was amazing. Got a sunburn. I smoked different cigars at the hotel. Montecristo #3, Romeo & Julieta #3, Bolivar - not sure which. They were all good except I thought the Bolivar was extremely light and not too tasty. In front of the hotel shop there was a man...

    Coleman cooler

I was keeping my cigars in a plastic storage container and now that it is winter and dry in the house, I found the lid leaked a lot and my beads were always dry. I found A Coleman cooler that holds 25 quarts to be just the right size and the lid really seals well. At $25 I think it is a really...
