I'll have to check the local ABC Store. that's what Virginia calls it. Alcoholic Beverage Commission.
 
Bowmore 17 is $61.80 at the Virginia ABC Store, it's $58 here in PA and only $50 in New Hampshire. $43 is a pretty good deal for most of us.

edit to correct NH price, it's $50 not $40 but it is on sale for $40 at the moment.
