Forecasters are expecting more rain today in the flood-soaked regions of the Dominican Republic and Haiti, where floods have killed hundreds of people and left thousands homeless. The International Committee for the Red Cross said the death toll in Haiti and the Dominican Republic has risen to at least 900 and 15,000 people have nowhere to live.

Anybody know if the Fuente Family is in this area? ???

My wife and I just returned from the Dominican Republic earlier this week. All last week and weekend it was pouring. We were on the very southeastern side of the isle - La Romana. Even there, the rains were constant.

The areas predominantly hit here were in Haiti and right near the border of Haiti. Some damaged stretched to the capital, Santo Domingo.

Thus far, by all accounts, no reports of damage to the multiple cigar families.
