Yes, it's a sweet desert wine.

I'm a private chef, and only like wine to cook with, but kinda like this one. Posted Image

I'm also a chef without a taste for wine, I make plenty of dishes and sauces with wine, like chicken Marsala, marina sauce or hunter sauce, but I have found a wine I enjoyed quite a bit. It's a dessert wine, lower alcohol content, called Quady Electra Orange Muscat. Made in California, absolutely a picnic wine. Sweet, has a fantastic apple taste, needs to be chilled well.

I'm a big fan of Carolina muscadine wine. I grew up eating those grapes and the wine is just as good.

Glad to hear from another chef that isn't a wine fan!

Not particularly an alcohol fan in general, I have to cook with everything from wine to beer to brandy. I always have to try them, but I'm not a sit down have a glass kind of guy. But beer batters, brandy salmon, and hunter sauces are to die for.

How 'bout you two cook some good stuff up and have a contest.

I'll be glad to be the tasting judge!
