I'm going to try to run by this place when I'm in LV next week. Anyone know anything about this glorious place? Is there anything that I must try?

I've been wanting to go there for 2-3 years but you can't smoke cigars or gamble so no one ever wants to join me. My understanding is it used to be a private room but now it's open to anyone when it's staffed.
Busy weekends are safer bets.
