If you just read THIS post, we are going to see the results of the latest CME ( coronal mass ejection ) or flare this Saturday, 9/13/14
For HAM's this could be an excellent opportunity to,hit the airways and do some serious bouncing.
Because the ejection was so large there are warnings to the effect of power grid interruptions.
Hope this is of some benefit to you ham operators.
