It's that time again...(by which I mean Friday afternoon and bored)....
Ask Smokelaw1 a question. Is it about cigars? Is it about cars? Jars? Bars? It doesn't matter...because I likely won't know, and will not really give your question that much attention anyway.

The difference between a level one and two is simple.
