Next Question: Favorite Lighter

The Xikar triple flame is a very good lighter. Once I made the adjustment, it has worked quite well.

Been using my jetliner for about 4 years now? I bought it as a temporary lighter but my vector died so then it became my main lighter and hasn't quit on me yet.

I have a Nibo Triple Torch and I love it. Had it for over 4 years and it's as reliable as they get.

Laugh all you want, but for the price, this is pretty amazing.  I buy 'em ten at a time and give 'em away.....

I typicall stick with the Jetline New York Triple or Quad flame...but it always seems to get plugged and eventually the flame gets super weak.  For the jet 1300 you have linked here, how long do they last for?  I mean, for the price I guess I could just toss them if they become duds but just wanted to know from the people who use them?

EDIT:  Just bought a few...and cutters too so I'll answer this when I get them!

Hopefully you don't need them anytime soon. I still have not received mine yet. Shipping from China can be a waiting game sometimes...

They showed up today and I can't believe how much fuel they hold. Only opened one but it has worked flawlessly all day. Thanks for the tip @blindedbyscience !

I have to add a modifier to this thread, normal pocket lighter or outside ( table lighter ). As hard as I have tried, all the portable, take it with you lighters start great, but seem to run out of fuel too fast ( us old folks have poor aim and shake a lot ( good excuse ). Right now in front of me I have a La Gloria Esteli series B, a really heavy Perdomo that I had high hopes for, a Jetline, Xikar and something like a Bunsen burner. Sooner or later I'm doing the refill dance on on or the other.

So, I blew my wad and bought the Vector Table top lighter that looks like the old paint remover torch we used as a Kid ( most of all you are too young to remember).

Don't know that will solve my issue, but the sucker holds a full 14oz can of fuel, nice heft to it, and won't blow off the table.

If this don't work I'm going to figure out how to adapt the appropriate ignition nozzle for a tank of propane so I can use it for the grill when necessary.

Roy Rogers had a song called Happy Trails, guess mine is happy flame.

Works every time and women love it.

Blazer PB207. Had it for almost a decade, and it's just now starting to show it's age.
The ones we got on Rod's Group Buys were the best lighters ever! I lost my last one at the beach last Summer and bought another one online...and the trigger mechanism broke within 1 month, so I sent it back for a refund. It seems they're not the same quality as they used to be.

I have been using two cheapies the last few years. THIS one I got free with a box purchase of cigars....and I can't kill it. The second one, my crack lighter as my cop friends call it, was given to me by BBS and is still going strong over 2 year later. The plastic tank cracked about 2 weeks ago and I put some Super Glue Gel on it and it's back up & running. I just ordered a few more for backup.

And lets not forget Old Faithful, the Ronson Jetlite! I used to buy these a dozen at a time on eBay for under 30 bucks and hand them out at herfs. The price has gone up since, but I still have 5-6 of them that are over 7 years old and still going strong!

I stopped buying expensive lighters a while ago because they all eventually break....and the hassle of sending them back for a replacement is a PITA.

I have two old school PB207's that I watch like a hawk. Dogs got to one and 'textured' the cap, but other than that it made it out just fine.

Those cheapie lighters from overseas are pretty cool for the price. I think I just gave my last one away, time to buy half a dozen or so.....

Bought ten for handouts and keeping in reserve. And some other stuff too. I'm sure it's on the slow boat.
