Many climates can grow them in shade outside. Actually, even in the kitchen. Sites like North Spore sell bags of inoculated substrate. I grew blue oysters last year on top of the fridge!I haven’t tried to grow them, but there are a couple places I deer hunt that would be prime areas to try!
