Just another comment on Mark's great customer service:

Ordered a few cedar trays from Cigarmony to be delivered to Montana. Surprisingly, they showed up to my addy here in Kansas. Called them up and left a message regarding the shipping mix up. Mark got back to me (not long after) and apologized for the mix up....OFFERED TO REIMBERSE ME FOR SHIPPING TO MONTANA. This was taken care of in ONE DAY. I was so taken back by his business etiquette, I told him not to worry about the $$. He still insisted on a discount for future purchase.

I said it before...you can NOT place a value on great customer service....nor on word of mouth advertising.
