I have a client who wants to start using this (Realtor). I would just as soon have it hosted by someone rather than set up a server at his home. Pretty small user base, less than 5 people.

Act has some integration problems with Microsoft office, I think MS has a Outlook add on that is called Business contact manager that works decently. And for that small of a business, it might suit well.

I have to agree, BCM might be a better fit.

ACT also has a problem with online Oracle apps using Java Runtime just fyi

I use CRM it integrates well with Outlook. I work for a large mortgage company with similar needs of realtors. If you have specific questions on how to integrate it, PM me and I'll get in touch.
It allows me to manage the sales process as well as the client base. :thumbs:
