Anyone know why the ends of the Hemingway line are shaped this way? Is this a way to enchance flavor? Is there a special way to light it?

Just light up the nipple end bro.

Not sure if there is an exact purpose to it other than providing an opportunity for a better start burn for the stick.

My best guess, to make the Hemmingway line unique. My second best guess... the first initial puffs are usually not meant for flavor but to get the foot of the cigar nice and hot, so why waste the first few puffs on a bigger guage when a smaller guage can get the job done just as well? I find the initial burn on hemmingways more uneven though (I probably just don't rotate the cigar enough).

If you go to www.bestcigarprices.com and look up the Hemingway there are some quotes from Carlos about how that line came to be, and why that shape.
