Any of you Dallas folks know? I love the Salt Lick down outside of Austin. I'm looking for someplace like that with proper Texas bbq (brisket, sausage ribs!). (-:

Edited to say I've been to County Line and the place that cuts off your tie. About 10 years ago I got bbq from this guy who had his smoker set up at lunch time by a loading dock. Does anybody know the guy? Is he still around? That might be the best bbq I've ever had.
