Has anyone had this and is this available in the USA?

I've looked everywhere and can't seem to find it anywhere

It's never in stock .. Which one have you seen it at?
 
The store I visit in Tucson had it on the end cap. Must have been 30-40 bottles. 
 
Maybe it hasn't made it's way to CA yet.
