Tried ordering from thier web site. They never had the item in stock for a month. I asked for a refund and they want to keep the shipping charge of 15.99. It's bad enough I had to contact PP to dispute the charge to get that offer from them. DO NOT USE QualityLiguor. Shady as fk!

Well PP let us both say our peace. PP decided in my favor of the full refund. I found it pretty shitty the buisness leaders tried to clip me for a shipping charge when they obviously never shipped shit. That's just greed hoping a person would take the loss and get only the product charge back. I almost did. Then said... fk no... I'm jumping through the whoops to get it all.
