My bourbon experience is pretty limited. Maker's Mark, Knob Creek, Four Roses, Basil Hayden's, either Booker's or Baker's (I forget which one - it was something in the neighborhood of 110 proof, but very smooth). This is the menu for the event tomorrow:

I'm guessing offerings like the Pappy Van Winkle 20 and 23 will be poured at the same stop. .
