Thinking about finding a new drink with my smoke.

I disagree about peaty single malts.  I think the peaty, smoky flavor pairs wonderfully with cigars.    I don't think you can go wrong with a good solid bourbon either, but for me anymore it's an Islay all the way. 
 
It's been 2 years since he posted.  Probably need to let this go back to never, never land. :laugh:
 
I enjoyed my 1st "real" scotch tonight. Complements cigars very well. Used some ice and sipped and enjoyed the flavors. Now need to get used to the potency.
