What’s on the grill/smoker today? 2021

Salmon burger Mediterranean style fried in cast iron on an open fire. Tomato wedges fried in the same cast iron.

Romaine hearts split down the middle, cooked on the Fire.

I had forgotten about those romaine hearts cooked on the grill with balsamic vinegar. I need to have those soon!

I love cooking meals where everything is done on the BGE. Tonight is swordfish at my cozy new spot. A nice cigar and a few glasses of wine for the hour or so the foil potatoes simmered in EVOO.
