I heard that Mastercard is blocking any and all cigar and/or cigar accessory purchases. Does anyone have any concrete info on this?

Rod,
Straight from my overtaxed memory: A while back, Lew Rothman stated that this would be happening. I can't remember why, but it seems he gave some reason(s). In the same bit, he mentioned that JR would have some type of consumer card, so folks could continue to buy from JR. I'm searching the JR site right now, to see if there is anything related to this subject.
