- Some of you have been experiencing some issues with the website. These issues were due to some website upgrades and have been resolved. If you should continue to experience tecnhical issues, please let me know ASAP.
- We will be also upgrading our servers, so there might be some downtime in the next week or so. But it should not effect things too much. If your are having trouble getting to the site, you can always give us a call.
- OPENED BOXES: : As per our new policy, we will OPEN and INSPECT all boxes before shipping. If you do not want your box opened, please indicate in the order comments when ordering.

- Box Codes: You can now see the box codes when you view each cigar. The box code is viewable at the bottom of the cigar description.
As always, we guarantee delivery worldwide. This means that should we be notified that there has been a problem with an order, we will either refund your money or give you a store credit. We do not forsee this happening, but we are prepared if this should occur.
Important Note: We ship from Switzerland...original boxes with original bands intact.
