Lemon Drop Shooter

A group of us was drinking Kamikazie cocktails last night and in between cigars I had someone show me how to do Lemon Drop shots.

Prepare a 1oz vodka shot.
Cut a lemon into slices then coat both sides of slice with table sugar.
Place slice on top of shot and poor small amount of everclear onto surgared lemon slice.
light the everclear and let burn a few seconds or til burns out so as to carmelize the sugar.
Quckly do the shot then bite the lemon.

Tastes good and kind of fun. :thumbs:
