Every cigarette business in the United States is now subject to a new federal law that bars the U.S. Postal Service from delivering cigarettes through the mail.

Except one: SenecaSmokeshop.com, a mail-order tobacco shop in Irving on the Cattaraugus Indian Reservation, operated by Aaron J. Pierce, a member of the Seneca Indians.
